This policy explains what personal information GEVUY collects when you visit gevuy.shop or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. GEVUY is operated by GEWALT LLC.

- Payment information: card payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe and is not stored on our website. We receive limited details such as the card type, the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.
- Technical information: our web server records basic information such as your IP address and browser type, which is used for security and to keep the site working.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle returns and refunds.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your messages.
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run the store:
- Stripe, to process payments and prevent fraud. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the data it handles.
- Shipping carriers, who receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order.
- Service providers that host and maintain our website and email.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the store to work: keeping items in your cart, completing checkout and keeping you logged in to your account. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. If you have an account, we keep your account details until you ask us to delete them, unless we need to keep some records by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.
