Return window
You can return items within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
Return shipping is free
We cover the cost of return shipping. You don’t pay anything to send an eligible return back to us.
How to start a return
- Email us at gevuyuhehi73@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the items you’re returning and the reason for the return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and arrange the return shipping at our cost.
- Pack the items securely so they arrive in the same condition you received them.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, so we can match the return to your order.
Refunds
We issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund goes back to the original payment method, and we’ll email you when it has been issued. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to show the refund on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. These returns are covered by the same 30-day window and free return shipping.
