Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We don’t currently ship to other countries.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value. The shipping cost shown at checkout is $0.00.
Processing time
We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed from the next business day.
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed; weather and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Order updates
You’ll receive an email when we receive your order and another when it ships. You can also check your order status at any time on our Track your order page.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Damaged, missing or late orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or hasn’t arrived within the delivery time above, email us with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the package and item. You can also return any order within 30 days of delivery under our Returns and refunds policy.
